We are dedicated to providing support and helping individuals achieve better mental health.
With over two decades of experience, we have empowered individuals to reconnect to a more manageable, enjoyable life, to communicate better with loved ones, to find purpose and happiness, build self-esteem, break free from feeling stuck, and tackle life's difficulties.
We’re a team offering evidence-based therapy and counselling for adults in the Brisbane suburb of Graceville.
We have a senior psychologist with over 20 years of experience alongside excellent, fully registered psychologists and clinical registrars.
Why our Team?
We are experienced in psychology, life and business and are a team that is calm, genuine and understanding.
We see adults of all ages, as well as adolescents. We are evidence-based practitioners, i.e., we use therapies that work for most people.
